What sizes are available and how much does each keg hold?
We offer 20L (5.28 gallons) and 30L (7.92 gallons) kegs.

How does it work?
The keg connects to a standard tap line and is dispensed via pressure (CO2). The system is self-contained, gas or air never make contact with the wine.

What equipment do I need?
A stainless steel faucet and a coupler designed specifically for the keg.

What's the temperature and pressure?
For the white wine use the same temperature and pressure used for beer; room temp for the red.

What happens when the kegs are empty?
They are compressed and deposited into the recycling bin.

How long will the wine stay fresh?
The wine will stay fresh for 90 days.  However, studies are indicating much longer.

How do you clean the lines?
The same process used for cleaning beer lines.  However, use wine line cleaner instead of beer line cleaner.
